Pet Policy
We all love pets and here at Delavan Pointe Apartments, we offer a pet friendly community. There are some restrictions though as a courtesy to others. All dogs must be under 60 lbs and 1 year of age or older and although we love all dogs, certain purebreds or mixes do not thrive in a community environment and are not permitted:
Akitas
Alaskan Malamutes
American Staffordshirt Terriers
Boxers
Chow-Chows
Doberman Pinschers
German Shepherds
Great Danes
Rottweilers
Siberian Huskies
Pit Bulls
All Wolf-Hybrids.
Any pet dog that has one of the above breeds in their lineage must be proven to be less than 50% of the breed via current veterinary records or other official verification.
